Karen Prisciak was appointed the Chairperson of the Saskatchewan
Human Rights Tribunal in November of 2001. Ms. Prisciak is
a partner with A.S.K. Law and has
been a civil litigator for 20 years.
Ms. Prisciaks professional contributions include teaching
Trial Advocacy at the College of Law, University of Saskatchewan,
presenting to the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association
and Saskatchewan Legal Education Society Inc. She has held
many past and present Board positions with various organizations
from nursing homes to childrens daycare.

Roger Lepage, B.A., LL.B.
Roger Lepage was appointed as a member of the Saskatchewan
Human Rights Tribunal in November of 2001. Mr. Lepage is a
partner with Balfour Moss law firm and practices law in primarily
litigation, human rights, administrative law and labour and
employment law.
Mr. Lepage also has extensive involvement in provincial and
national Francophone initiatives.

Donald E. Worme, Q.C.
Don Worme was appointed a member of the Saskatchewan Human
Rights Tribunal in November of 2001. Mr. Worme is a partner
with Semaganis Worme & Missens law firm and primarily
practices in the areas of aboriginal law, criminal law, labour
law and family law.
Mr. Worme was raised on the Kawacatoose First Nation. He
has first-hand knowledge of Treaty history, as First Nation
rights have been part of his life from early childhood. He
was a founding member of the Indigenous Bar Association in
Canada, and served as its President between 1989 and 1991.

Dirk Silversides, B.A., LL.B.
Dirk Silversides was appointed to the Saskatchewan Human
Rights Tribunal in November of 2001. Mr. Silversides graduated
from the College of Law at Queen's University in 1981 and
practices law in Regina at the law firm of Silversides &
Company.
Mr. Silversides has had considerable experience with administrative
tribunals, including acting as hearing officer under The Police
Act, 1990 and an adjudicator under The Labour Standards Act
and an adjudicator under The Highways and Transportation Act,
1997. He has also been a sessional lecturer at the University
of Regina (Faculty of Administration) teaching Business Law
and at the University of Saskatchewan (College of Commerce)
teaching Health Care Law.

Anil Pandila, B.A., LL.B.
Anil Pandila was appointed to the Saskatchewan Human Rights
Tribunal in November of 2001. Mr. Pandila graduated from the
College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan in 1984 and
has been practicing law at Pandila & Co. since 1985. Mr.
Pandila is extensively involved with First Nations organizations
and communities in Prince Albert and Northern Saskatchewan.
He has also been involved with the Prince Albert Lions Club,
Prince Albert Chamber of Commerce and the Saskatchewan Kidney
Foundation.

Sheila Denysiuk was appointed a member of the Saskatchewan
Human Rights Tribunal in August of 2003. Ms. Denysiuk is currently
a partner at Walker Plaxton & Co. in Saskatoon, primarily
practicing in the fields of family and administrative law.
Ms. Denysiuk's professional and community contributions include
many past and present board positions ranging from AIDS Saskatoon
to the Prairieaction Foundation. Ms. Denysiuk has also been
involved in presenting at Saskatchewan Legal Education Society
Inc.

Lou Senko, B.A., LL.B.
Mary Lou Senko was appointed as a member of the Saskatchewan
Human Rights Tribunal in March, 2004. Mary Lou Senko is a
partner with MacLean Keith law firm and primarily practices
in the areas of family law and civil litigation, and is trained
in and practices collaborative law.
Ms. Senko has held public appointments with the Agricultural
Credit Corp. of Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Real Estate
Commission. Professionally she has appeared before all levels
of court in Saskatchewan, has been active in various organizations
including Toastmasters, Big Sisters and Ukrainian cultural
organizations.
